Upon your arrival:

Park your car in designated car parks (please do not park under avocado trees!)
- Dogs: are to be kept outside at all times and are NOT allowed in any of the cabins. They must be kept on a leash, and be well-behaved. Please do not allow excess barking as this disturbs other guests. Please pick up all dog messes. If dogs are found to be let inside at any stage there will be a $100 fee charged immediately to you.
- Respect the wildlife: Butterfly Valley is home to various species of animals and insects, including butterflies. Please do not disturb or harm any wildlife during your stay.
- Respect quiet hours: Please keep noise levels down between the hours of 10 pm and 7 am. Respect your fellow campers who may be sleeping or trying to relax.

When you leave please:
- Turn off all electronics (including lighting and air-con)
- We encourage you to leave the property as you found it. If for some reason it is left messy an extra cleaning fee of $50 will be charged.
- Dispose of waste in the allocated bins
- Wash used dishes and cutlery and put away
- Leave used towels in the bathroom
- BBQ to be cleaned (if used during stay) Otherwise a $50 cleaning fee will be applied.
- Check out on time as a courtesy for our next guests
- Ensure you haven’t left any belongings behind
- Notify us that you have checked out via text
